Egg dum biryani is as easy as pressure cooker biriyani, yet tasty and delicious as any other Biryani Recipe, particularly if you cook with flavorful Jeera Rice. Egg Biryani pairs well with even egg curry, plain curd / yogrut, much better with raitha (Yogurt, Onion, green chilli and salt).

Chili powder 1/2 tsp
Ghee 1/4 cup
Oil 1/4 cup
Cinnamon stick 2 piece
Cardamom 4
Cloves 4
Star anise 1
Bay leaves 2
Onion (sliced) 2 cups
Ginger & garlic paste 3 tbsp
Green Chili 4 (as per ur taste)
Tomato (ground) 1 cup
Chili powder 1 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder 2 tsp
Garam masala 1 1/2 tsp
Curd or Yogurt 1/4 cup
Mint leaves (chopped) 1 cup
Coriander leaves (chopped) 1 cup
Jeeraka Sala or Seeraga samba Rice 2 cups
Water 4 cups
Salt
