Cinnamon stick 2
Bay leaf 1
Onion 1 Big (Chopped)
Ginger & garlic paste 1 1/2 Tbsp
Tomato (Big ) 1 (Chopped)
Green chili 2-4
Chili powder 1 Tsp
Turmeric powder 1/4 Tsp
Coriander powder 1 1/2 Tsp
Garam masala 1 Tsp
Curd or yogurt 2 Tbsp
Mint leaves (Chopped)
Coriander leaves (Chopped)
Basmati rice 2 Cups
Water 3 cups
Salt 1 1/2 Tsp
Lemon juice (From 1/2 lemon)
