So many types of Indian mutton biryani and Hyderabadi biryani, but mutton dum biryani is the best biryani and has the real taste to it. Pressure cooker biryani and one pot biryani can't beat a dum biryani when it is properly made.
The making of best mutton biryani is tender meat marinated well and cooking perfectly in low flame. This mutton biryani recipe final step is stacking up the cooked basmati rice and mutton gravy as in layers and topped with fried onions and saffron infused milk cooked 'proper dum biryani' style. Tips & Tricks:
1. Use tender meat to make mutton biryani. If tender meat is not an option of choice, use the raw papaya paste or meat tenderizer during the marination. Use fresh curd or yogurt, marinate the mutton longer, longer marination brings better taste.
2. Do not cooking the rice completely, it will spoil the biryani texture and taste, cook only 70% as instructed in the mutton biryani video recipe.
