Curd or yogurt 1/4 Cup
Mint &Coriander leaves 1/2 Cup (Minced)
Water 3 Cups
Salt
Basmati rice 1 1/2 Cup (Soaked in water for 15-20 minutes)
Lemon juice from 1/2 lemon
Mint leaves (Chopped)
Ghee 1 Tbsp
