Mint leaves 1/2 Cup (Chopped)

Lemon juice (From 1 small lemon)
Ground garam masala

For rice:

Water (As needed)
Salt 1 Tbsp
Shajeera 1/2 Tsp
Oil 1 Tbsp
Basmati rice 2 Cups
(Soaked in water for 15 minutes)
Saffron milk 1/2 Cup (A pinch of saffron soaked in hot milk for 15 minutes)
Mint& Coriander leaves (Chopped)
Garam masala& chilli powder (To garnish)
Ghee (2-3 Tbsp)
