Punjabi Aloo Paranthas are world famous because they are so delicious. Our family loves this flatbread and my aunt makes best paranthas ever. She makes small balls out of mashed and seasoned potatoes and fills them in the dough before flattening out the dough and cooking it on a skillet. See her share her magical parathas with us.
