Cooking freshly picked vegetables is fun and relaxing! Cook with me my traditional Curry recipe known as Turiya Patra Chori. Ususally, combination of Turiya (Ridge Gourd or also known as chinese okra) Patra (Taro Leaves) or Turiya Chori(Cow Peas or Black eyed peas) is prepared but I sometimes dump everything in my cooker and prepare all-in-one yummy curry..taste amazing!
