Take Pressure Cooker, Add Oil
Add 2 tb spn Cashew nuts
Add 2 finely chopped Onions
Add 2 tsp Chilli Powder
Add 1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
Add 2 tsp Coriander Powder
Add a Pinch of Turmeric
Add 1 tsp Cumin Powder
Add 2 Finely Chopped Tomatoes
Add 1 tsp Garam Masala Powder
Add Water
Cook Closed for 2 Whistles
Take a Mixing Bowl
Add 1 Cup Maida
Add Salt to taste
Add a pinch of Baking Powder
Add Yogurt
Add Water & Make it into a soft Dough
Take Paneer & cut as shown
Take 1 tb spn chopped Almonds
Take 1 tb spn chopped Cashew Nuts
Take 1 tb spn chopped Pista
Add chopped Coriander Leaves
Add Salt
Add a Pinch of Chilli Powder
Add a Pinch of Garam Masala
Add a Pinch of Cumin Powder
Add 1/4 cup of Grated Paneer
Add 1/4 cup of Khoya
Add 1 tb spn chopped Raisins
Add little water
Add 2 tsp of Achar(pickle)
Mix it well
Stuff the mix into Paneer
Slurry = Corn Flour+Maida+Salt+Water
Dip Stuffed Paneer in the Slurry
Pan Fry them on Medium Flame
Strain the Cooked Gravy & keep aside
Fry Paneer Slightly & Keep aside
Take a pan, Add Oil
Add 1 tsp Shahi Jeera
Add Gravy
Add little Water
Add a pinch of Kasuri Methi
Add Salt to taste
Add 1 tb spn of Butter
Add 1/4 cup of Cream
Dip the stuffed Paneer in Besan Batter
Deep fry them in hot Oil
Take a Dough Ball & Make a Naan
Add finely chopped Garlic
Cook it on Both sides
Add Butter & Chat Masala
