Learn how to make scrambled Paneer (Paneer Bhurji) at home within mins.

Ingredients:
1 cup Paneer
1-2 tbsp oil
2 tbsp onions
2 cloves of garlic chopped
2 tbsp chopped tomatoes
2-4 tbsp green peas
1 tsp salt (adjust to taste)
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp red chilli pwd
1 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp kasoori methi ( dried fenugreek leaves)

Heat oil in a pan.
Fry onions and garlic in oil for 2-3 mins with salt, turmeric, red chilli pwd.
Add green peas and stir all the ingredients together.
Add tomatoes. Let them soften a bit and add paneer. Cook for 2-3 mins. Then add garam masala and kasoori methi and serve.
