One batter multiple recipes! This video is a compilation of some recipes I have shared earlier and some new to show and give ideas how one can make the basic batter from Quinoa, lentils and oats to prepare several variety of recipes. Once you have the basic Quinoa Lentils Oat batter made, you can prepare many recipes such as Dosa, Uttapam, Idli, Dhokla, Appe or Paniyaram and Vadas. If desired, 1/2 cup of rice can be added to this batter recipes to get better flavor and the texture. This batter is so versatile for after school snack to prepare cheese Dosa or something really quick.
