Learn how to make tasty and healthy Green Beans, the Indian way.
Ingredients (Serves 1-2 persons)
150 gms Green Beans
1 small onion
1/2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
2 tbsp Oil for cooking (i used Avacado Oil)
1/2 tsp Mustard seeds
1 tbsp Sesame seeds
2 tbsp Vinegar
1/4 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Red chilli pwd
1/4 tsp Turmeric
1/4 tsp garam masala
1. Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds. Let the seeds splutter.
2. Add onions, salt, turmeric, red chilli pwd and ginger garlic paste.
3. Stir-fry for 2 mins. Add beans. Mix well
4. Add Vinegar and 1 tbsp water. Cover and cook for 3-4 mins.
5. Add Sesame seeds and garam masala.
Serve hot. Best served as a side dish with curry of your choice or Wrap them up in parantha.
