Kadhi pakora or karhi pakoda is a pakistani and indian dish .It consists of a thick gravy based on chickpea or gram flour to which yogurt is added to give it little sour taste, and contains vegetable fritters called pakoras . It is often eaten with boiled rice or roti.. it is considered as a light food.

INGREDIENTS:
for step one ,kadhi (sauce)
cooking oil half cup
fenugreek seeds 10-12
cumin seeds 1 tsp
dried red chilies 4-5
green chilies 4 chopped
ginger chopped 1 tbs
garlic chopped 1 tbs
yogurt 2 cups
gram flour 3 tbs
salt to taste
red chili powder 2 tsp
turmeric powder 1 tsp
water 2 cups+ 1 liter
you can add more water if you feel kadhi is too thick.

for step 2 ,pakora (vegitable fritters)
potatoes 3 small size
onion one medium size
spinach 1 cup chopped
gram flour 4-5 tbs
red chili powder according to your taste
salt to taste
green chilies 2-3 chopped
cumin seeds 1 tsp
coriander seeds 1 tsp
baking soda 1/2 tsp
water as required to make batter
oil for frying
cilantro for garnishing

for tarka you need
oil half cup
red chili powder one tsp
cumin seeds 1 tsp
dried red chilies 3-4
nigella seeds 1/2 tsp
you can also add 3-4 curry leaves (which i missed in the video :( ), curry leaves release a deliciously nutty aroma when fried in hot oil and gives your kadhi pakora irresistible taste.
