Ingredients/ Method
350 gms Lamb ( bone in)
1 tsp salt and 2 tsp curry pwd (for marinading lamb)
2 tbsp oil
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp crushed coriander seeds
2 small chopped potatoes
1 onion ( chopped)
For curry:
2 tsp salt
1 tsp red chilli pwd
1.5 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 cup peas
1 tomato
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp black pepper pwd
2 tsp dried fenugreek leaves (optional/Herbs of your choice)
1 tsp dried pomogranate pwd (Anardana Powder)
Method: Rub Lamb with salt and curry powder and set aside for 15-20 mins.
Power pressure cooker XL has a pot inside. In this pot, add oil, cumin, coriander, onions, potatoes,salt, red chilli pwd, ginger-garlic paste and saute everything for 6-7 mins.
Then open the lid, add peas, tomatoes, lamb, spices. Close the lid and let everything slow cook for 2 hrs.
Your stew is now ready. Enjoy it with rice, naan or your fav flatbread.
