Heropanti witnessed a good opening at the ticket windows.

On the day of release, Tiger's action drama went on to collect Rs 6.63 crore which is mighty impressive considering South superstar Rajinikanth's film Kochadaiiyaan hit the screens on the very same day. The scenario was pretty much the same on day 2 as well as Heropanti managed to collect Rs 6.42 crore.

Film critic and trade analyst Taran Adarsh posted on Twitter, "#Heropanti Fri -- 6.63 cr, Sat 6.42 cr. Total: -- 13.05 nett. India biz. Biz expected to jump today [Sun]."

He further added "#Heropanti has a super start in UAE+GCC. Thu AED 261,000, Fri AED 420,000. Total: AED 681,000 [₹ 1.08 cr],"
