Kangana Ranaut is certainly the flavour of this season thanks to her impeccable acting in Vikas Bahl's directorial venture Queen. Though the film had a slow start at the box office, the collections picked up coz of great reviews and positive word-of-mouth. The film hit the theatres on March 7 and is still going steady at the ticket windows. Besides impressing the audiences and critics, the curly haired babe also charmed Bollywood bigwigs like Aamir Khan, Karan Johar and Deepika Padukone with her acting prowess. So far Kangana's Queen has managed to rake in around Rs 48 crore at the Indian box office and its worldwide collection has reportedly reached Rs 70 crore. Film critic and trade analyst Taran Adarsh tweeted, "Queen [Week 3] Fri 1.35 cr, Sat 2.50 cr, Sun 3 cr, Mon 1.15 cr. Grand total -- 48 cr nett. India biz. Superb!"

According to Boxofficeindia, "Queen is showing no signs of slowing down as its collections on third Monday were just a little lower than Friday. The film collected a little over 1 crore nett on its third Monday. The film is collecting better than Ragini MMS 2 at many multiplexes despite being in its third week."

Talented filmmaker Shekhar Kapur took to Twitter and congratulated Ms Ranaut and her Queen co-star Lisa Haydon. He posted, "As Queen heads 2 a 100cr box office, girls r redefining theatrical bussiness in India. Well done Kangana n Haydon Lisa #girlpower Yes!!"

Well, we hope Queen's golden run at the box office continues and it soon enters the coveted Rs 1oo crore club. After all, it deserves all the accolades and even bigger money pie, hai na
