Here is an easy snack recipe which is delicious and goes well with a cup of tea or coffee. You can also pair it with rice, noodles or as a side with any meal. Give it a try and share your thoughts.

Music: Spanish Summer and Chance
Ingredients:
200 gms of Tofu
2 tbsp chick pea flour/besan
2 tbsp rice flour
1 tbsp chili garlic paste
small chopped broccoli (optional)
1 tsp salt (adjust per taste)
1-2 tbsp Vinegar
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp oil
Spices per taste- we used 1/2 tsp pepper, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp mango powder, 1/2 tsp garam masala
Optional: Garnish with Green chillies, Cilantro or green onions and enjoy :)
Make marinade with besan/flours and spices. Add water to have a smooth batter. Mix in firm tofu and broccoli pieces. Bake in a pre heated oven at 425 F for 15-20 mins on a pan lined with parchment paper. Serve with chutney of your choice.
