INGREDIENTS:
200 gms firm tofu
1/2 lb Mushrooms, finely chopped
1 onion, finely chopped
1 tbsp minced Garlic
1/4 cup finely chopped herb such as basil, parsley or cilantro
1 tbsp Flax Seeds Meal (Ground Flax Seeds)
2 tbsp oil + more to fry meatballs
1 tsp Chilli sauce
1/2 tsp Yellow mustard
2 tbsp Peanut butter
Salt to taste
