Ingredients:
300 gms of Noodles of your choice. I used Chowmein ( a local brand)
2-3 cup veggies ( I used celery, carrots, onions, mushrooms and peppers)
2-3 tbsp veg oil
2-3 tbsp soy sauce
2-3 tbsp vinegar
2-3 tbsp tomato Ketchup
1 tsp salt
1 tsp blak pepper
1/2 cup sliced onion
250 gms Tofu + soy sauce to season it
1 tbsp each of ginger and garlic crushed
Optional- 1-2 tbsp hot sauce/ garlic chilli sauce
Begin by boiling noodles and set them aside.
In a wok saute your veggies and add seasoning and sauces. Add sesame seeds and sesame oil towards the end and mix in with the noodles. Serve hot.
