भारी बारिश ने दिल्ली में पहले से ही हाहाकार मचा रखा है। और अब महातबाही का अलर्ट है क्योंकि हरियाणा के हथिनीकुंड बराज से 2 लाख क्यूसेक पानी छोड़ा जा चुका है, जो कुछ ही घंटों में दिल्ली पहुंच जाएगा। दिल्ली में यमुना अभी से ख़तरे के निशान पर पहुंच चुकी है और जब हथिनीकुंड से चला पानी दिल्ली पहुंचेगा तो यमुना किनारे बसे इलाक़ों में तबाही तय है। सरकार और प्रशासन लगातार अलर्ट पर हैं, लोगों को सुरक्षित जगहों पर पहुंचाया जा रहा है, लेकिन अगर पानी को गुस्सा आया तो दिल्ली को कौन बचाएगा?
