मॉनसून तय वक्त पर झूम कर आया। तन, मन को भिंगोने वाली बारिश जमकर बरसी तो सत्ता के गुमान में चूर रहने वालों के दावे तिनके की तरह बह गए। कहीं करोड़ों के फ्लैट वाली सोसायटी का ग्राउंड फ्लोर पानी के नीचे आ गया, तो कहीं करोड़ों की लागत से बनी सड़कें और पुल बह गईं। और देश की राजधानी दिल्ली का ऐसा बुरा हाल हुआ कि सोमवार को स्कूल बंद करने की नौबत आ गई।
