Vegetable 65, vegetable manchuria
Soya kheema - 100 grams
Boiled rice - 30 grams
Grated carrot - 30 grams
Grated cauliflower - 30 grams
Grated cabbage - 30 grams
Chopped beans - 20 grams
Chopped ginger - 1tsp
Chopped green chillies - 1tsp
Chopped coriander leaves - 1tbs
Salt - to taste
Garam masala - 1tsp
All purpose flour - 1tsp
Oil - for frying
Curd - 2tbs
Ginger garlic paste-1tsp
Kashmiri chilli powder - 1tsp
Red chilli sauce - 1tsp
Green chillies - 2 no
Curry leaves - 2springs
Flavouring salt - ½ tsp
Chopped garlic - 1tsp
Soya sauce - 1tsp
Tomato ketchup - 1tsp
Pepper powder - 1tsp
Cumin powder - 1tsp
Onion - 1
Capsicum - 1
Spring onions - 2springs
Take a bowl add soya keema, boiled smashed rice, grated carrot. Grated cauliflower,
Grated cabbage, chopped beans, chop ginger, chop green chillies, chop coriander leaves,
Some salt, some garam masala, and mix it nicely.
Now add some all purpose flour, and mix it again..
Take mixture and make balls, drop in hot oil and fry it.
Transfer in to a plate. Keep a side.
Vegetable 65
Heat a pan add oil, curd, ginger garlic paste,kahmiri chilli powder, red chilli sauce, curry leaves, flavouring salt, salt and mix it
Add chopped coriander leaves, and add fried vegetable balls. mix it again
Transfer in to a plate and serve hot.
Vegetable manchurian
Heat a pan add oil, chop garlic, chop ginger, some red chilli sauce,
Soya sauce, vinegar, tomato ketchup, pepper powder, cumin powder,
Flavouring salt, onions, capsicum, and mix it.
Now add some corn flour slurry, and fried veg balls, mix it well.
Transfer in to serving plate and serve hot.
