A new name has joined they stellar cast of Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s upcoming opus Padmavati. After Deepika Padukone, Ranveer Singh and Shahid Kapoor, now Aditi Rao Hydari has come on board.

Ranveer Singh is playing Sultan Alauddin Khilji in the movie and we hear that Aditi will essay the role of his favourite wife Kamala Devi in it. The film’s team is now working on the costumes and the sets. Padmavati is slated to go on floors in November.

Thanks to her royal lineage, it won't be tough for Aditi to get into the skin of her character.
