Ranveer Singh's SHOCKING Injury On ‘Padmavati’ Sets

Actor Ranveer Singh, who is currently shooting for Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s upcoming magnum opus ‘Padmavati’, in which he essays the role of ruthless Sultan Alauddin Khilji, got injured on the sets of the film yesterday and had to be rushed to the hospital.

A source said that while shooting the climax of the film, Ranveer injured himself on the head and though the injury needed immediate medical attention, the actor didn’t let this interfere with the shoot. The source further said, “Ranveer hurt himself on the head while shooting for the film during a particular take but he was so engrossed in the performance that he did not realise it till the scene was shot and it's only after he started bleeding profusely from the head did everyone realise that he was hurt badly. Ranveer received initial first aid on the set and was rushed immediately to a nearby hospital for immediate treatment. He completed basic treatment and returned to the film's set to complete his portions of the shoot rather than let his injury slow him down or impact the shoot. He requires stitches on the head.”
