'Katti Batti' and 'Meeruthiya Gangsters.' Komal Nahta Movie review

Starring Kangana Ranaut and Imran Khan, Katti Batti is a unique love story. However, the tumultuous turn that the lives of lovers take doesn't leave an emotional impact on the audience. The character of Imran Khan (Maddy) chases the love of his life but the it doesn't evoke sympathy towards the character. The drama becomes a tad too serious in the final few reels of the film.
Zeishan Quadri's directorial debut 'Meeruthiya Gangsters' is a story of six good-for-nothing gang of boys. The story of the film is although not novel yet the screenplay of the film is quite fast-paced and full of twists and turns. The atmosphere created by the team is quite appealing.
