Ingredients:
1/2 cup whole wheat flour ( roti/chapati atta)
1/3 to 1/2 cup sugar
2 tsp baking Powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
2-3 tbsp chocolate chips
1/2 cup apples
1 cup cooked steel cut oats
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup oil
Optional- Dry fruit of your choice like raisins, walnuts, almonds etc
Spices- Cinnamon or nutmeg
Method:
Mix in flour with baking powder, baking soda, salt, sugar and apples
Combine egg, oil, milk, oats and raisins. Pour wet mixture over dry and gently combine. Pour batter in a muffin tray lined with muffin liners and bake for 20-25 mins at 400 F ( or until inserted toothpick comes out clean and tops of the muffins are golden brown)
Let them cool and enjoy one. You can store rest in an airtight container in the fridge for upto a week.
