Ingredients/ Method
1 cup quinoa
1 small chopped apple
1 cup of strawberry and pineapple
1/2 cup dry fruit of choice ( we used pecan and walnuts)
1 tbsp oil
1 tbsp blueberry syrup/ or maple syrup
Salt and pepper
1/2 tsp cinnamon
-Fry apples with a little bit of oil. Add in dry fruit. Mix in quinoa. Add other fruit. Add cinnamon, salt, pepper and drizzle blue berry syrup on top. Enjoy
