For bachelor cooking we need Recipes that use very few ingredients and the ingredients that have more shelf life so I'm bringing new recipes which are easy and quick to cook with minimum kitchen tools I hope you will enjoy many more bachelors recipes and student recipes and for this I'm going to use mostly store brought masala keep cooking and say vahrehvah
Bachelors Chicken Curry
Take a pan, Add 2 tb spn Oil
Add 2 chopped Onions
Add Salt to taste
Brown the onions
Add ½ tsp Atta
Add 1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
Add 500g Chicken
Add 1 pack Chicken Masala
Add 2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
Add Water
Cook it for 10 minutes
Add Chopped Coriander Leaves
Take 1 cup Urad Dal
Add 1 tb spn Rice
Soak it for 3 Hours
Blend it into a fine paste
Aerate it with a whisk
Add Salt to taste
Add 1 tsp Pepper Corns
Add freshly grated coconut
Add finely chopped Ginger
Make roundles & fry it in medium hot oil
Fry them till golden brown colour
