Chicken Channa Aloo Curry For Breakfast With Mint Poori - Chole Chicken Curry for Poori Recipe

In a pan add water and 1cup of soaked chana
Boil it.
Take another pan add 1tsp of pepper
Add 1tsp of coriander seeds
Add 1tsp of 3 cloves
Add 1tsp of cumin seeds
Add 1cinnamom stick
Add 2 cardamom
Add 1/2tsp of anardana
Add 4 red chillies
Add 1 black cardamom
Add 1/2tsp of ajwain
And saute it.
And make it fine powder
Heat a pan add 1tbs of oil
Add 1/2cup of chopped onions
Add pinch of salt
And cook for a minute.
Now add turmeric powder
Add 1tsp of ginger garlic paste
Add 1/2cup of tomato puree
Add 400 grams of chicken
Add 1/2cup of potato
Add 1/2cup of boiled chana
And cook for 8 minutes.
Then add 4 green chillies
Add grinded masala powder
Put the lid on and cook for 10 minutes
Mint puri;-
Take a bowl add 1cup of wheat flour
Pinch of salt, 1tsp of oil
And add 2tbs of grinded mint paste
And mix it nicely.
Then make puri and fry in hot oil.
Now serve chana aloo chicken & mint puri.
