Dhokla is a traditional Gujarati snack or breakfast dish that is so popular not only in Gujarat but all over Indian subcontinent. As it is a instant version of gujarati traditional dhokla, we use Eno fruit salt or baking soda to skip the fermentation process. But still this instant dhokla is so soft fluffy and spongy. Water 1 1/4 Cup
Salt 1/2 Tsp
Turmeric powder 1/4 Tsp
Oil 2 Tsp
Ginger 2 Tsp (Chopped)
Lemon juice 2 Tsp
Eno fruit salt 1 Tsp (or) Baking soda 1/4 tsp

Sugar syrup:
Oil 1 Tbsp
Mustard seeds 1/2 Tsp
Sesame seeds 1/2 Tsp
Curry leaves (A sprig)
Green chili 3-4 Chopped)
Water 1 Cup
Salt 1/2 Cup
Sugar 2 Tsp
Lemon juice 2 Tsp
Coriander leaves (Chopped)
Grated coconut (As needed)
