Semolina - 1 cup(200gms)
Curd - 1 cup
Ginger & Chilli paste - 1 tsp
Salt as per taste
Oil - 2 tsp
Sugar - 1 tsp
Water as per required
Eno fruit salt - 1 tsp

For Tadka
Oil - 2 tbsp
Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
Asafoetida - 1 pinch
White sesame seeds - 1/2 tsp
Curry leaves
Slit green chillies - 4
Lime juice - 1 tsp
