1. ALOO POHA TIKKI
INGREDIENTS:
2-3 Boiled Potatoes
½ cup Poha
3 Chopped Green Chilly
2 TSP Chopped Coriander
2 TSP Chopped Mint
1 Chopped Onion
1 TSP Chaat Masala
1 TSP Cumin Powder
1 TSP Coriander Powder
1 TSP Lemon juice
2 TBSP Maida
To taste Salt
To taste Black Pepper Powder
For Garnish:
Cabbage
Carrot
Lettuce
Coriander
Green Chutney
Method:-
Take a bowl, Put Mashed Potato, onion, coriander, Mint, Cumin Powder, Salt, Coriander Powder, Chat Masala and Lemon Juice to a mixture and mix them well
Mix all purpose flour with water in separate bowl.
Keep your poha in a separate bowl as well.
Now form tikkis of your mixture, coat them with all purpose flour, roll them in poha and deep fry till they develop a golden brown colour.
Aloo Poha Tikki is ready.
