In this episode, I am sharing what I eat in a day for breakfast, lunch & dinner.
Breakfast should be quick & easy so Avocado toast is perfect.
Lunch should be the biggest meal of the day so I try to make simple Indian food like Khichdi
If the breakfast & the lunch is wholesome & filling, light dinner is the best option. I normally like to have small portion of pasta, or soup or sandwich.
