Truck Drivers Protest Against Hit And Run Law: केंद्र सरकार ने हाल ही में कानूनी प्रावधानों में बड़े बदलाव किए हैं। इसी के तहत Hit & Run के मामलों में सज़ा को बढ़ा दिया गया है। देशभर के ट्रक ड्राइवर हिट एंड रन मामले में केंद्र सरकार के नए कानून के प्रावधानों को लेकर हड़ताल पर हैं. कई शहरों में इस क़ानून के ख़िलाफ़ मोर्चा खोल दिया. ट्रक ड्राइवरों की हड़ताल का मध्य प्रदेश के कई शहरों में असर देखा गया. मंदसौर में पेट्रोल नहीं होने की वजह से ज़्यादातर पेट्रोल पंप बंद रहे और जो पेट्रोल पंप खुले थे वहां लोगों की लंबी कतारें दिखाई दीं.

Truck drivers across the country are on strike over the provisions of the Central Government's new law in hit and run cases. Fronts were opened against this law in many cities. The effect of the truck drivers' strike was seen in many cities of Madhya Pradesh. Due to lack of petrol in Mandsaur, most of the petrol pumps remained closed and long queues of people were seen at the petrol pumps that were open.
