महाराष्ट्र में 10 महीने पुरानी शिंदे सरकार पर से आज खतरा टल गया। ...दो तरह के मुकदमे थे। पहला ये कि असली शिवसेना का दर्जा और तीर-कमान का सिंबल उद्धव को लौटाया जाए। ...तो सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने कहा ये तो चुनाव आयोग काम है। दूसरा मुकदमा था कि शिंदे को हटाकर फिर से उद्धव को सीएम बनाया जाए। ...इसपर सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने कहा कि उद्धव ठाकरे खुद ही फ्लोर टेस्ट से पहले इस्तीफ़ा दे चुके थे, इसलिये ये भी संभव नहीं है। यानी सुप्रीम कोर्ट के फैसले से साफ़ हो गया कि एकनाथ शिंदे CM बने रहेंगे...और बीजेपी के साथ उनकी गाड़ी चलती रहेगी...।
...लेकिन सुप्रीम कोर्ट के 5 जजों की संवैधानिक बेंच ने शिंदे के CM बनने के तौर-तरीकों की जमकर ख़बर ली। कोर्ट ने फ्लोर टेस्ट का फ़ैसला लेने पर तत्कालीन राज्यपाल भगत सिंह कोश्यारी पर सवाल उठाए। कहा कि गवर्नर से राजनीति की उम्मीद नहीं थी। ..कोर्ट ने शिंदे समेत 16 विधायकों की अयोग्यता पर फ़ैसले को लेकर स्पीकर पर सवाल उठाए। ...कोर्ट ने नया चीफ़ व्हिप बनाने को भी ग़लत बताया।

The court raised questions on the then Governor Bhagat Singh Koshyari for taking the decision of floor test. Said that politics was not expected from the governor. ..The court questioned the Speaker regarding the decision on the disqualification of 16 MLAs including Shinde. ... The court also called it wrong to make a new chief whip.
