चुनाव आयोग ने एकनाथ शिंदे गुट को असली शिवसेना मान लिया है। आयोग ने शुक्रवार शाम को शिंदे गुट को शिवसेना का नाम और तीर-कमान का निशान भी इस्तेमाल करने की इजाजत दे दी। चुनाव आयोग ने पाया कि शिवसेना का मौजूदा संविधान अलोकतांत्रिक है। उद्धव गुट ने बिना चुनाव कराए अपनी मंडली के लोगों को अलोकतांत्रिक रूप से पदाधिकारी नियुक्त करने के लिए इसे बिगाड़ा।

The Election Commission has accepted the Eknath Shinde faction as the real Shiv Sena. The commission on Friday evening allowed the Shinde faction to use the Shiv Sena's name and bow and arrow symbol as well. The Election Commission found that the present constitution of Shiv Sena is undemocratic. The Uddhav faction spoiled it by undemocratically appointing people from their circle as office bearers without holding elections.
