Chicken Pickle
Ingredients:
Chicken - 500g
Chilli Powder - 50g
Vinegar - 50g
Ginger Garlic Paste - 50
Salt - 50g
Mustard Powder - 15g
Methi Powder - 7g
Turmeric Powder - 7g
Oil - 250ml
Take a pan, Add Oil
Add 500g Chicken
Cook it closed until all the moisture evaporates
Add Ginger Garlic Paste
Add Turmeric
Add Salt
Add Vinegar
Add Chilli Powder
Add 1 tsp Garam Masala
Add 1 tsp Crushed Pepper
Add Methi Powder
Add Mustard Powder
Mix it well & keep it aside
Take a pan
Add Remaining Oil
Add Mustard seeds
Add Curry Leaves
Add this tempering to the Pickle
Chicken pickle fried rice
Method:
Add oil
Add Mustard seeds
Add Cumin seeds
Add Urad dal
Add Chana dal
Add 1 chopped Onion
Add salt
Crack in 2 eggs
Add Chicken pickle
Add Rice
Add chopped Coriander leaves
Add chopped Spring Onion
