Heat a pan add 1 tsp of butter
Add ½ tsp of chopped garlic
Add 1tb spn of chopped onions
Add 1 cup of boiled arborio rice
Add ½ cup of pumpkin puree
Add 1 cup of vegetable stock
And cook it.
Add 1 tsp of sweet corn
Add 1 tsp of pumpkin puree
Add pinch of salt
In another pan add 1 tsp of butter
Add ½ tsp of chopped garlic
Add pinch of rosemary
Add ½ cup of mushroom
And serve in a bowl
