For cooking rice

Water 7 cups
Salt
Oil 1 Tbsp
Rice 1 Cup

Seasoning:

Seasame oil 2-3 Tbsp
Mustard seeds 1/2 Tsp
Urad dal 1/2 Tsp
Chana dal 2 Tsp
Peanut 2 Tsp
Curry leaves 2 Sprig
Dry red chili 2-3
Ginger 1/2 Inch
Green chili 2-3
Asafoetida 1/4 Tsp
Turmeric powder 1/4 Tsp
Lemon Juice 1 Tbsp (From 1 big lemon)
Salt

Tips & Tricks:
* Rice should not be overcooked.
*Rice should not be too hot when add in the seasoning.
*Do not burn the ingredients while seasoning.
