Ingredients:
Oil - 2 tb spn
Cashew Nuts - 1 tb spn
Onions(sliced) - 2
Green Chillies(crushed) - 10
Salt - To Taste
Ginger Garlic Paste - 2 tsp
Mint Leaves - 2 Sprigs
Coriander Leaves - 1 Bunch
Water - 6 Cups
Basmati Rice - 3 Cups
Whole Garam Masalas
Method:
Take a pan, Add Oil
Add 1 tb spn Cashew Nuts
Add 2 Sliced Onions
Add 10 Crushed Green Chillies
Add Salt to Taste
Add 2 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
Add 2 Sprigs of Mint Leaves
Add Chopped Coriander Leaves
Add 6 Cups of Water
Adjust Salt
Add 3 cups of Basmati Rice
Add Whole Garam Masalas
Ingredients:
Ghee - 3 tb spn
Chicken - 500g
Yogurt - 1 cup
Turmeric - 1 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Fennel seeds - 1 tsp
Coriander seeds - 1 tb spn
Fenugreek seeds - Pinch
Cloves - 4
Tamarind - 1 spn
Byagadi Chillies - 10
Salt - To taste
Method:
Take a pan
Add Ghee
Add Chicken Pieces
Add Yogurt
Add Turmeric
Saute it for sometime
Add 1 tsp Cumin seeds
Add 1 tsp Fennel seeds
Add 1 tb spn Coriander seeds
Add a pinch of Fenugreek seeds
Add 3-4 Cloves
Add Some Tamarind
Grind them into fine Powder
Add Freshly Grounded Masala
Take Byagadi Chillies
Soak them in Hot Water & deseed themm
Grind it into fine Paste
Add 1 cup of Byagadi Red Chilli Paste
Add Salt
Add Curry Leaves
