Chilli chicken recipe is a mouth watering easy to prepare and tasty Indo Chinese chicken recipe.
INGREDIENTS:
Chicken(pieces) 250 gma
Lemon juice 1 tbs
Salt To taste
Oil 2-3 tbs
Red chillies 5-6 nos
Onions(chopped) 1 cup
Crystal salt To taste
Red chilly powder ½ tsp
Coriander powder ¼ tsp
Coriander leaves(chopped) 1 tbs
METHOD:
1. Brine chicken with little lemon juice, salt, water overnight.
2. Take a pan and add oil, red chillies and cook it, later add onions, little crystal salt and saute it.
3. To it add red chilly powder, coriander powder and saute it.
4. Add chicken and mix nicely, cook it for 15 -20 min on slow flame with lid on it, frequently saute it for every 3-4 mins.
5. Once chicken is cooked add coriander leaves and mix nicely.
6. Now double chilli chicken is ready to serve.
