Today in our village we cook chicken ghee rice with country chicken meat and kavuni arisi. Kavuni arisi known as black rice which is very healthy and traditional.

We cook this healthy rice recipe with fewer ingredients but these are pure healthy and traditional ingredients. We use 30 country chickens and we extract the meat after boiling to make shredded chicken for add with the rice.
