Ingredients/ Method
200-300 gms of Prawns of choice
Salt ( as per taste)
Ginger-garlic paste
Oil to cook
1/2 cup onions and tomatoes
2 tbsp Tomato sauce/Puree
4 tbsp rice vinegar
Tbsp Soy Sauce
5-6 Curry Leaves
tsp Curry Powder/Red chilli powder/ turmeric
bunch of fresh cilantro leaves
- Heat Wok and add oil, prawns, curry leaves, ginger garlic paste.
- After few mins, add onions- tomatoes, spices, vinegar, soy sauce.
- Towards the end, add tomato sauce. Constantly stir and cook all ingredients.
- Finish off with fresh cilantro and adjust seasoning if required.
