Tawa pizza or pan pizza is a simple yet delicious street food of India made instantly without using any oven. Firstly, they put pizza sauce and mayonnaise on per-made pizza base. Then they top it up with capsicum, onion, tomato and grated cheese. They put the butter on tawa(pan) , place the pizza on tawa and cover it with metal lid for approx. 2 mins until the cheese melts. Then pizza is sliced and served. Do try it :)
