This tiny stall in Nagpur called Suraj Dosa Center serves delicious Pizza Uttapam. Uttapam is a south Indian dish made from fermented rice batter which is then topped with onion and tomato. In Pizza Uttapam, instead of regular topping, pizza topping are added with lots of cheese. Taste is yummy and it's healthy too as it's made without any maida.
