Paneer Sadabahar Curry Recipe | Indian Curry Dinner

Here is a Paneer recipe which is flavourful and easy to prepare. Perfect dish to make for a special occasion or to treat your taste buds. Enjoy this curry with rice, naan or roti.

Ingredients/ Method
400 gms Paneer
1 small onion
2-3 tbsp oil
10-12 blanched almonds
3-4 cloves of garlic
2-3 tomatoes pureed
Salt per taste
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 cup Edmame Beans
1 tsp curry powder
1/2 cup dry fruit of your choice- I used pecans, walnust and cashews
1/3 cup raisins
Cilantro for garnish
- Cut Paneer into small pieces. Heat oil in a pan. Fry cumin and blanched almonds. Add chopped onions and garlic. Add salt, turmeric and red chilli powder. Cook for 2-3 mins. Take this mixture in a blender and form a smooth paste with some water.
In the same pan, add paneer pieces. Cook for 2-3 mins. Add tomato puree. Cook further for 4-5 mins. Add onion paste. Mix in Edmame beans.
Add water and let curry simmer. Add Curry powder. Comibine eerything well.
Add dry fruits and garnish with cilantro. Serve with:
