Masala Khichiya papad is one of the most popular snacks of Mumbai. This tiny stall in Kalbadevi is famous for it's khichiya papad varieties. First they roast the papad on an open flame, then they crush it and top it with chopped veggies, chilii garlic chutneys, lemon juice, coriander and crispy sev.
