My name is Aditi and I love lentils since they are protein rich, Good source of Fiber and other great nutrients. Here I show you how to make Lentil Kebabs.

Recipe Details:
1.5 Cup of Lentils of Your choice
1 cup of Chickpea Flour
1/3 cup Flax Seeds powder
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Garam Masala
1 tsp Turmeric
1/2 tsp Ajwain Seeds (Carom Seeds)
1 tsp Red chilli powder
1/2 cup Chopped Onions
1/3 cup chopped Cilantro leaves
2-3 tbsp oil for cooking
Method:
Presoak Lentils overnight and then boil them. I use pressure cooker and give them 2 whistles. You can also use pot to cook them.
Next Mash up the lentils. Add spices, onions, cilantro chickpea flour and flax seeds powder along with lentils. Combine everything and cook on a pan with little bit of oil until both sides turn golden brown. Enjoy with a sauce of your choice.
