In monsoon, Eating bhutta on a road side when it’s drizzling is the best thing ever! In the streets of Mumbai, you will find vendors smothering the bhutta with mint coriander chutney or a spicy green chili chutney. This man in the video, famously called as Vijay Bhutta wala by the locals, is selling the Bhuttas at the same place from last 49 years. He comes at around 3 PM starts the preparation and by evening 5 this place gets crowded with people enjoying their bhuttas.
