Dhokla is a very popular street food in Gujarat that every Gujarati loves to eat. It is made with a fermented batter derived from rice and split chickpeas. In this video you'll see an old man preparing live dhoklas right in front the customers and serving them fresh and warm. Before serving he puts a spicy masala and oil on top and serve it with two types of chutneys. Cost of 1 plate is just Rs 20 and its giving a try.
