Summer is here and so its time to enjoy summer treats like tasty homemade icecreams a.k.a Kulfi. One of my favourite Ice Cream flavours is Badam Kulfi - Almond Ice Cream. Let me know whats your favourite icecream flavour?

For Almond Icecream
1 cup Condensed Milk
1/2 tsp Cardamom Powder
1/2 to 1/4 cup Blanched Almonds
Method:
1. Put Almonds in a blender. Add Condensed milk and cardamom powder.
4. Blend everything together and pour it in popsicle moulds, plastic cups or a container.
5. Let freeze overnight or atleast 4-6 hrs. Once frozen, take out from the freezer, remove from the mould and serve the way you desire.
